Maybe they can start with Abhir spending few hours at BH and take it from there. They cannot expect him to just back bags and go not when he was not prepared for it. They have always done it. After the Manjari accident truth was out and AK was about to be taken to prison AB had bought this out. He told all of them how they have always ignored AK’s pain and suffering and are always concerned about AR. But then as usual they heard from one ear and out it went from the other. Even after the custody verdict they went to pacify Nav first and forgot AK. But still AK always put them before the two ppl who really ever cared for her.

Akshara never became a lawyer - she only did law studies as per the narrative shown by the makers. They kept it vague enough so that they don't have to commit towards showing any proper career in law for her😆

This is why everyone keeps focusing on the word PADHAAI rather than actually calling her a lawyer after passing her exam.

At the most she can do some research/consulting work to assist some lawyer but she is not qualified to fight a case in court as a lawyer.

The fact that she didn't even realize what she had done was fraud on that birth certificate doesn't inspire much confidence in her ability to fight for any kind of custody battle now😆

So I feel this is a moot point now. She will get Abhir back through other circumstances, not through any legal battle now. Either Abhimanyu will hand him back to Akshara or some other situation will happen to bring her and Abhir under one roof again.

Since God's stamp is being put on this legal judgement from both sides - Akshara called it Kanhaji ki marzi and Abhimanyu called it Mahadev ka jawaab today, it does seem part of a larger destiny with their child ultimately bringing them together again somehow.

Loved loved loved Abhi's monologue about how he feels about all of this. It is so clear and to the point, but I am sure people will still misunderstand him and still villanize him. He said clearly that he thought Akshnav will win, so he definitely didn't sabotage the case, but maybe Manjari did? Anyways I loved how he said that this is not what he wanted, but it is Mahadev's response. This time Mahadev and Kahna ji decided together to make Abhi win, it seems. Like Abhi, I also feel terrible for them, but I do believe Abhi and Abhir deserve to have a chance with each other. I know Abhir will be upset, and Abhi will give him back, or Ak will fight for her rights again. But I believe Abhi can at least develop a father-son bond with Abhir during this time, and that will survive whatever Toofan Ak brings next.

Abhi said clearly today that he was furious when BP decided for his child, so its clear he felt he had no say in that decision and the case was against him so he couldn't really oppose it without giving up entirely. Second thing, Arohi asked about Ruhi and from the precap we know Abhi tells Ruhi and in a way that Ruhi doesn't seem upset about Abhir coming to Birla house; she just knows Abhir won't be happy.

Agree! i like his reply to Ar and explaining his feelings.

He is right no one thought about him as a father, how he feels not to be with his son!

No one did care about his emotions Everyone was insulting to him and Tried to keep him separate from his son

His dialogues are very heartwarming! Makers should have shown them to Goenka's and Sharma's.

Not once did Abhi say anything about separating Abhir from his parents or keeping him just in Birla House, repeatedly Abhi kept saying his relation as Abhir’s father is officially and legally recognized.

Also, the actress who play’s Arohi really needs to act better, when Abhi was talking why did she look like that, like lost and that she doesn’t understand Hindi. She reminds me a of those robot movies where the robot is trying to comprehend human emotions, with weird look in the eyes and blinking.

Also, I really want know that if Akshara was to win and the condition was Abhir would never know his bio dad, what was Bada Papa planning on telling Abhir about his bio dad? As far as Abhir knows that his bio dad is alive and he even came to the wedding.

I really liked his narration.

every single dialogue is so apt and shows what he has been going through!

Instead of just Ar, everyone should have heard those. At least get some akkal!

What about Arohi, not an ounce of shame in her . Good he answered her as knows that she had come there to make him feel guilty. Some people posted here that Akshara will fight the case again... For sure shot she will be in legal trouble as we all know and especially for the ones who r claiming so, she will be questioned about BC. And even if she wins the case for custody , definitely court will give her only joint custody and not full . Even then Abhimanyu will be happy as he never insisted on full claim of his son. Even today he cleared the air ...now no one can stop me from meeting my son, or to be a part of his life . He always wanted to be a part of his son's life and not to how G family and Navra fans presume to be of him.

Point 2 someone posted yesterday we can have Abhira reunion post Naira Sharma . Hum Abhira fans shayad at present khud nahi chate ...Ra in his life ....Hum unlogon ka muh meeta karenga....Apko Navra mubarak ho....Humhe sirf Abhim and Abhir se matlab hain.

Point 3 even if Abhir hates Abhi track ayega ...the sole reason is Navra and Navra alone who kept the child in hiding. It is difficult to put forth everything in front of 6 year old but when she knew he knows half truth as a mother she could have dealt it better.

Before surgery he siad aap hi sab kuch ho to Abhi and then brought him to puja and then post surgery they lied to Abhi and brought his son to kasauli. He not once told Akshara what she is doing is wrong. Koun sa mahan hain. They both were bothered about their promises, their cuddlings whatever which we r not interested. Abhinav and her can stay together. She is happy and has moved on, I’m happy for her. Abhi today has said that his happiness are the two kids. I have said I want a good death exit for Abhi- after showing his wonderful bond with the two kids and I would like his death to be that he dies saving his two kids. The writers have shown Akshara happily moving on and saying that her relationship with Abhimanyu was umair kaid, selfish, unhappy. So it doesn’t make sense to fix a relationship that they spent months on showing how wrong it was and had the female lead say she would always choose Abhinav as her husband a 100 times. Reuniting Abhira will make Akshara look really bad :/. Killing Abhinav would make it seem that’s the only reason for their reunion and also again it makes Akshara look bad- I’m pretty sure some fans will say she forgot Abhinav and is moving on with Abhi. So like to me it makes sense to exit Abhi.

Yes, I will miss Harshad Chopda and I’m crossing fingers that if his character exits, he takes at most 2 months break and then comes back with a wonderful drama. I really really really hope it’s a Netflix series.
