Financial condition was not the only reason they lost the case. The BC fraud was also a reason in fact a bigger reason. Firstly she cannot go to court again and if whatever reason they do they can somehow negate the financial condition. But how is AK going to challenge the BC fraud.

Maybe they can start with Abhir spending few hours at BH and take it from there. They cannot expect him to just back bags and go not when he was not prepared for it. The episode opening is so nice where Abhi giving befitting reply to Arohi and to all people who always thought that Abhi would not be interested in his son.

Also asking Arohi that what about Ru she is and was always my daughter. The simple answer was when Junior did not know how can he tell Ru now both kids will know the truth.

His dialogues are so logical today unlike Akshnav who were not ready to give him any Haq over Abhir.

Loved the part where he was saying now no one can tell me when to meet my son and when not and what to gift him and what not. ❤️❤️

Dunno we kept thinking she would defend earlier too it didnt happen. Then we thought she will defend this custody didn’t happen. With the way they open a track and forget it by next week they will forget Ak was studying law also. We all were hoping for her to walk in in black coat and shock every one specially Manjari but that never happened.

Agreed, Ak did fraud for which she is already facing humiliation. Judge gave verdict that special trial will be taken against her.

AbhiM just want recognition and love from his son. He never wanted to snatch Abhir from his mom. No sane person will do that. And no court will pass the verdict in favor of real father by leaving mom aside. This is just to build up Ak character so that she realizes her mistakes and to show off her lawyer skills. I’m rooting for her it.

Abhir should know who is his real papa, and AbhiM should get his father rights, but full custody should not be guaranteed. No child will be prepared for it to leave her mother and live in a separate house which is not known to him. Even his docman, dida or Ruhi chuhi is with him, they are not more than his mama papa.. it will effect him mentally.

Court will do that when it finds that mother does unethical or illegal things . Cases would be filed against her just like any other citizen of India .There are cases in real life where the father even won sole custody, due to the very same reason .

Abhimanyu's scene was the highlight of the episode for me....

He got to get a lot off his chest while Arohi was just standing there as a listener for the most part after having come there mainly to taunt him for winning the case😆

Some of my fav. dialogues of his in this scene:

a) Main toh khud ek haara hua insaan hoon, main kya jeetunga kuch

b) Aaj mujhe kuch MILA hai, mera rishta mila hai aaj ke baad koi nahin keh paayega ki Junior mera beta nahin, main uska baap nahin

c) Agar tumhein lagta hai maine tumhare saath galat kiya hai, toh zindagi ne mera saath DHOKA kiya hai

d) Agar kisi ne bhi yeh socha ki apne bete ke baare mein jaanne ke baad main uske saath rishta nahin rakhunga ya use apni zindagi ka hissa nahin banana chahunga, uski zindagi ka hissa nahin banna chahunga, toh woh SOCH galat hai....MAIN nahin👏

e) Yeh koi case nahin jeeta hoon main....yeh Mahadev ka jawaab hai har us insaan ko jisne yeh socha ki main Junior ka baap nahin aur woh mera beta nahin👏

Abhi himself was expecting to lose the case😆....he said it clearly today that he also thought judge would side with Sharmas because that side has both mother-father....but the fact that he still won means it was meant to be an answer from God himself.

LOL did they seriously show Arohi sympathizing with Abhimanyu for feeling AKSHARA'S pain over his? 🤣

Also, Abhi continues to want to build a strong bond between Ruhi and Abhir no matter what changes between the adults....

Skimmed through the rest cuz I didn't really care much to see Sharmas as usual mishandling how to explain things to Abhir.....that kid is already demonizing real Papa ki woh ghar mein nahin ghuss paayenge use lene ko and he's trying to tie himself with a rope to his parents.....kya haal banaa diya bacche ka by not telling him the truth in time and properly....great job, Mrs. Sharma👏

Loved loved loved Abhi's monologue about how he feels about all of this. It is so clear and to the point, but I am sure people will still misunderstand him and still villanize him. He said clearly that he thought Akshnav will win, so he definitely didn't sabotage the case, but maybe Manjari did? Anyways I loved how he said that this is not what he wanted, but it is Mahadev's response. This time Mahadev and Kahna ji decided together to make Abhi win, it seems. He was very clear on how he felt, and it is all valid. His feelings as a father have been ignored and insulted since the leap began, and he finally finally has some footing to stand on. This is definitely for Ak's redemption arc to start. I am guessing it won't start until there is another confrontation between Abhi and Ak though.

But.....equally heartbreaking is how the sharma fam are feeling right now. They did a really poor job of parenting during this whole custody. They were so sure of winning that no one thought of making Abhir ready for a change. Like Abhi, I also feel terrible for them, but I do believe Abhi and Abhir deserve to have a chance with each other. I know Abhir will be upset, and Abhi will give him back, or Ak will fight for her rights again. But I believe Abhi can at least develop a father-son bond with Abhir during this time, and that will survive whatever Toofan Ak brings next.

Abhi said clearly today that he was furious when BP decided for his child, so its clear he felt he had no say in that decision and the case was against him so he couldn't really oppose it without giving up entirely. Second thing, Arohi asked about Ruhi and from the precap we know Abhi tells Ruhi and in a way that Ruhi doesn't seem upset about Abhir coming to Birla house; she just knows Abhir won't be happy.

Totally agree, all adults concerned should act in the best interest of the child.
