Yes, Immediate arrest is reserved only in case of injuries or death of the woman. In US they immediately arrest one of the partners based on who looks more battered or separate them for the day to avoid any escalation.

But then we saw domestic abuse in show and we are being told there was no abuse by makers via the female lead.

Shows don't fall laws of land and also make a mockery of abuse.

It is a joke how Sahiba is defending those pathetic barbaric Brars even after all they have done. They literally leave no chance to taunt her or shame her heck even in front of the police they have no shame.

If they really loved Sahiba then they would trust her especially her namesake husband and her stupid sister! Why can’t she expose those filthy people for good even though she didn’t take the video she can still take advantage of it as everything in it was true!

She needs to stop being a doormat at leave that house ASAP she has parents for Gods sake why doesn’t she live with them!!

Yes. Sahiba has a habit of defending criminals from beginning. Lot of people who are using her defence to claim Angad and Brars never abused her also mock her for saying her Seerat di is innocent.

But my question is if she loves abusers so much she should defend Garry not Angad and Seerat. There is some faayda in teaming up with Garry.
