I definitely think the disgust 😕 in murtu's eyes before agreeing for marriage has definitely got a meaning.
IMO mariyum telling BH how oneday BH will become insane is foreshadowing to BH end. No matter what jeetega tho meerab hi and only left for us to understand is whose story is this.

Haan I don't care about any foreshadowing people predicted in this show bcz it didn't really happen. But absolutely Maryam telling BH that Tum khud apne baal nochogi can have a meaning. Bcz why would he agree to marry her when MB was literally marrying her off to another man.
About whose story it is, I think wahi KMK ki hai. How he navigates through it. But in the last episodes they kind of were not able to potray that properly
