I believe when the gen first started she was away from home studying to become one. Now I don’t know if she has a degree or qualifications.. I guess she does since when mahima first interviewed her she was looking at her portfolio.

The thing that comes through in all the Abhirmanyu scenes is that Abhir has absolute trust in how much Docman loves him.....abhi is scene mein bhi bol raha tha ki aap ruk jaao na thode din kyunki mujhe pata hai aap mujhe bahut miss karoge....aww❤️
