He is a fine director, alreast he does not drag the story, and mostly his dramas are logical one.

he might not drag the story out but that doesn't mean the storyline isn’t weak . He always adds way too many unnecessary characters that diverts the drama from its main point .

I guess characters are written by writers, directors have no role in it. Like dilagi or mpth had just few main characters not unnecessary side characters were there.
