I always thought why people are portraying Preeti as some abla naari. From the way she screamed at her parents and told them the number to times she had sex with her bf and the way she got married to a random guy just because she was pissed off at Kabir clearly shows the girl was fully capable of stopping kabir's advances towards her if she wanted to. She is the one that initiated their sexual relationship. She was a doctor and strong enough to choose to have a child without a father in a conservative society and live alone without anyone's support during pregnancy but all the debate over Kabir Singh portrays preeti as someone without a voice.

Just because she wears salwar kameez and isn't glamorous doesnt mean she was an innocent little thing that don't know what was happening around her.

They both were high level nibba nibbis.
