I have realised today: regardless how much you like an actor, if that chracter he played is unbearable then there is nothing else to say

I couldn’t watch wahaj scene today. I feel bad for him as an actor but it was making me feel sick to watch murtasam. We seriously supported this type of chracter

I am seriously messed up , all day my concentration is not at work or anything, just digging out all possibilities from this episode, even looking for sofas 😂😂😂 , what has this drama done to me . 😳😳😳

I have never seen a show where leads are portrayed like this.

This is not even a heartbreak, this is like gale main hamari jaan atki huyi hai type of situation.

And for what?! A mere show!

When I started the show, I found Murtasim hot but I connected with Meerab as a character. I could feel her pain when she found out the truth about her foster/biological parents and was rooting only for her.

But along the way I lost that connect with Meerab, her actions did not make sense but found great connection with Murtasim's love and a strong sense of warmth from his character.

For the later half of the show, I just wanted Meerab to acknoledge Murtasim's love.

Throughout the show, he never toed that line that a married man would. He truly loved her.

And he always got the short end of the stick - be it Meerab with her distrust or Haya with her advances.

So now, this 180 change has suddenly left a big void in my heart. I am just not able to believe he could be ruined to this level. It's unfathomable.

The fact that he got engaged while Meesam is year old, and the engagement will last a whole year by the time he finally meets Meesam as a toddler makes me think its not a plan.

Like I said, I keep flip flopping between his plan and pity.

Yes we as an audience actually feel sorry for meerab regardless how many wrong she may have done.

However same can’t be said with Murtasam.

mid this marriage was his yes and not plan! Then his character can not be redeemed.

No amount of tears or big line can save him.

Murtasam lost the claim on Isaq. He can not claim he loves meerab.

why we are upset? Bcs murtasam said those big words. That’s why we are upset.

If he didint say such a big word, or say Haya is like a sister; I wouldn’t have cared but his character was established as a selfless lover.

He has lost that title today.

what a disappointing episode for murtasam.

If say he reacted to the situation, and now saba will bring out the truth! I will not accept that. He needed someone else to prove his wife innocent! What type of love was that? If someone else needed to proved her innocent then your love is fickle as low as it can be.

You don’t call that love. That is not live at all and he proved meerab right.

So idk let’s see what crap they show ! They probably want to make Murtasam mahaan!! If he said yes willingly and there is no plan from his side then:

NO ONE will accept him! He is done. The end

Yah maybe bz of what his character is doing from past few episodes is turn me off 🤔 It is so annoying him being fooled by Haya n agreeing to marry her

I feel really bad. Wahaj got name and fame with this show, and he really acts well and has done an outstanding job in this drama.

But with this one epi, actually with the epi promo itself the character has fallen so bad that, I hate to say it, but will affect his popularity too.

Falling out of love with Murtasim has some potential of falling out of love with Wahaj too.

Neo fans may recover as time goes by or they stop following him.

And Murtasim proposing marriage to Haya is just out of pity, then him asking her again to confirm her hand in Meerab disappearance will just be an excuse for him to get out of this marriage when the time comes.

Either way it won't help rebuild his reputation, daaman main daag lag chuka hai.

They never gave us an explanation why exactly Meerab left, they still don't give us her monologues, so we just have to assume things.

I feel, if it is not MK's plan, then they will not give us explanation of why he said he will marry her. And that will be such a disservice to his character.

Meerab's character got redeemed with this act of MK, but MK will forever go down as the worst character if they don't clear this.

UGH, what have they done to me... I can't focus on work, I keep see-sawing between plan and pity

It is so not okay to play with viewers feelings like this.

Feeling really hurt with a beloved character getting ruined to this level.

I can't even appreciate anything of Wahaj atm.. I just feel betrayed.

I feel like Meerab has had a few monologues of why she left. First she was upset about breaking the oath to herself under the given conditions. She also mentions needing time to herself away from everyone. She also mentions that there is no room for a third person in a relationship. She tells Farukh that she was forced into a marriage, found out her parents weren’t really her parents and had to give everything up. I think it was a combination of all this but it was the forced marriage to Murtasim that was the catalyst to everything.

I am also afraid that we may never learn some of Murtasim’s motivations. He is making everyone else look good in comparison right now.
