Yes I find it shameful and sad erasure that Puja is nowhere to be seen even as formality at own son's wedding.

It seems as if Deols treat women as just baby making machines. Otherwise it is all about sons, dads, uncles, nephews, grandpa, grandsons in name of family for them.

I pity women marrying in such a family.

But I guess money speaks so anyone gets lured by glamour and political power of Deols besides their money and property.

Bobby is possibly the most loyal husband in the industry. So let's not lump all the Deols together. Dharmendra & Sunny are old fashioned men but the new age Deols are nothing of that sort. They not only flaunt their women but seem pretty whipped too. 😆

Abhay was the same, rebeliouslly in a live in relationship & totally against the institution of marriage. Again 0 affairs when in a serious relationship.

And frankly, it's not even Sunny....it's Dharmendra with his "Paindu" mentality. Sunny would've divorced Pooja long ago, but he's got this "ideal son" syndrome to Never go against the wishes of Dharamendra. Sunny got arranged married too young....there was also Amrita Singh & Poonam Dhillon before Dimple.

So true. It's mainly about males in the family. Dada pota , papa ji , chacha ji , bhaiya and all. Dharam ji still acts like he his young in reality shows where all go Gaga over how handsome he is. He is great grandfather but still behaves like 20 yr old. 😔

Wait Dharmendra has 4 kids from his first wife? I always thought he only had Sunny, Bobby, Esha and Ahana. Wow.

Also find it interesting that Hema, Esha and Ahana’s fam weren’t invited to the wedding. I mean I get why but really? They haven’t found a way to get over it ?

Puja should have ideally walk out of farce n distant marriage. her parents help sunny a lott but sunny still spent that money on Kapadias. Sunny n dimple are widely believed to be married can't say by which way. Yes sunny was forced to marry against his wishes. Dharam ji supports his affair that what husband does outside home is none of wife business n be even liked the sunny dimple London viral video. He likes dimple as she made sunny accept hema malini. So all parties are happy as their own interest is full filled.

They keep daughters and wives in control and on tight leash and usually away from media. While men do anything. Dharam once said aurat mein sharam, haya aur nazakat honi chahiye, aurat peete huye ya gaali dete huye ya aashiqui karte huye achi nahi lagti.

He also said girls should be married off at 18 and not study further or play sports or have a career.

He kept his daughters from Prakash so much away from media that many do not even know he has 4 kids from her and think he has only 2 sons. He was also against Esha playing football in school or learning classical dance or joining films. She rebelled and did a bit of what she did only due to Hema.

He did not let Ahana do anything either though she wanted to be a director at one point.

Hema keeps saying he never attends her stage shows and wanted her to quit work, dance and films after marriage but she did not relent. He does not come to watch her dances and Hema said he says 'tu meri nahi hai' when he sees her dance on stage.

Dharam and Hema live separately. One wonders why they married if they had such differences...

Dharam lives with Prakash.

I guess Puja had to learn to tolerate same as other Deol family women. She has no choice.

Sunny reportedly had affairs with Juhi and Raveena also in 90s but Puja remained silent and also married to him on paper.

Yeah..many people still don't know about Prakash's daughters. It was only during the premiere of Karan's debut film , we saw some glimpses of Prakash and Puja.

When Hema was at the peak of her career and wanted to marry. many of her single Co actors were interested in her..Dharam made sure no one got close to her. After their marriage and the birth of girls , dharam continued to live with his first family as he was very attached to his kids and didn't want them to feel neglected. Prakash Kaur defends him by saying what wrong did he do by marrying for second time .

In Google , there was a statement from Esha deol that her dad used to spend nites with other women while the mom used to be home with them when they were young...don't know if it was true.

Poor puja has been deprived of a happy married life...she deserves some happiness from kids.

Yes he had 4 kids from Parkash. Still went after Hema or kept having affairs.

Sunny and Bobby have 2 sisters named Ajeeta and Vijeta.

They are kept totally away from media and public life. Deols ensured not even their pics are ever seen by media.

Esha and Ahana are the only Deol women who are seen in public. Thanks to Hema.

They still live separately and avoid being seen together with rest of Deols in public events lest any uncomfortable situation arises. Though privately they have found some way to some time interact with each other. At times Sunny or Bobby give some gift to Esha or Ahana or help them if they need it.

They usually stay away though. Especially in public they keep away and avoid any unpleasant situation.

Sunny and Esha are damn touchy and have beaten up mediapersons or others including classmates if someone commented on their family or asked about their parents or step dad or mom.

Sunny, Bobby and rest of Deols were not present at weddings of Esha and Ahana either nor at births of their kids. Hema's side of family lives totally separate.
