Dimple is true love of Sunny's life.

Deols did not let Sunny marry her as she was already married to Rajesh Khanna and mother of 2 kids.

So they arranged a match for him with Puja in London.

Sunny never left Dimple nor did she leave him.

Poor Puja had to tolerate it same way as Prakash has tolerated Dharam with Hema.

I will not be surprised if Akshay, Twinkle, Dimple do not attend the wedding.

I wonder about Esha, Ahana, Hema also. They would be missing for sure.

Feel for her...just got the Deol surname , had kids with him and got known as his estranged wife.

Deols are a strictly patriarchal family and very rigid and hypocrite, controlling when it comes to women.

They keep daughters and wives in control and on tight leash and usually away from media. While men do anything. Dharam once said aurat mein sharam, haya aur nazakat honi chahiye, aurat peete huye ya gaali dete huye ya aashiqui karte huye achi nahi lagti.

He also said girls should be married off at 18 and not study further or play sports or have a career.

He kept his daughters from Prakash so much away from media that many do not even know he has 4 kids from her and think he has only 2 sons. He was also against Esha playing football in school or learning classical dance or joining films. She rebelled and did a bit of what she did only due to Hema.

He did not let Ahana do anything either though she wanted to be a director at one point.

Hema keeps saying he never attends her stage shows and wanted her to quit work, dance and films after marriage but she did not relent. He does not come to watch her dances and Hema said he says 'tu meri nahi hai' when he sees her dance on stage.

Dharam and Hema live separately. One wonders why they married if they had such differences...

Sunny mainly married coz of family pressure. He only loves dimple n dimple love him only. One can also see in london video.

Saw dimple n her both son in law akshay and Sameer with sunny in bety kapadia funeral. Where I felt bad that both son in law failed to stand by there own father in law. Also where i was hurt dimple calling rajesh relationship with Anita adulterous in property court case being married man. By this logic only It is also applicable to sunny n her too.

Dimple was upset when she heard that Puja having 2nd child in mid 90s. Puja wanted to divorce sunny around 91 when karan was 1 yr old. Sunny had brief affairs too with raveena n juhi.

I find sunny deol marriage farce only. Because he does not love her at all. Even in the wedding function she was no where to be seen.
