If u see the scene areeb has already his arms around maheer then saad went towards her.I guess saad did not fight with areeb and let him take maheer to the hospital because his priority was her health.

Nope when Saad saw Areeb held Maheer . He knew it was futile to fight with Areeb for carrying Maheer . So instead of fighting with Areeb he went to get his car. But when he sat in the Car he saw Areeb taking Maheer in his car only. So he followed them to the hospital. There his card was blocked and he was busy getting it work. So Areeb called his manager who informed his mother like an obedient employee😆
I also liked the last scene of Saheer. But Areeb would not have reached this level if Maheer and sepcially Anabiya didnt egg him on. Maheer should have been this firm from the first. Still I get her situation. With time she gained the strength to say no to Areeb firmly cause she saw how Saad fought for her respect everytime.
