Exactly, Sai is stuck. She was going to tell Satya that she is leaving him but now circumstances are such that she will be labelled as selfish, opportunist by Lavanya Wada women. Basically, now she will have to be around Satya.

Jaisa how Virat was mohtaj of Patralekha ka leaving. Sai will be only free if Satya realises that she is forcing herself to be around him only because of his condition
