Because Abhimanyu, like all other FLs of Star have been bitten by mahanta ka keeda, being insulted by Akshara and Kairav wasn't enough for him, now he'll get insulted by Abhinav too.

The kids were dead. It was revealed later that abhir was alive. Abhi and manjari was not responsible for kids death. Don't conveniently put all blames on them.

Akshu's irresponsible behaviour was the root cause. It's just that she was lucky on that day that one of the baby survived.

Abhi failed too but it's not just abhi who failed that day. It was abhira who failed that day. Which you conveniently want to push it on abhimanyu alone.

I don't want to discuss those white day anymore.i even Don't want abhir to get involved in this hate buisness but agar involve karna hai poori tarah se ho. Both abhira's fault should be called out.

I guess what you're talking about is the burden of truth and u r correct it lies with prosecution which means it's the prosecution duty to prove the crime was committed and establish the intent behind it nd therefore the prosecution works with the assumption that the person committed the crime

Once the prosecution present it's case with some evidence (in this case it can be the man who said he saw Anisha begging to KV that she'll die) the onus shifts to the defendant to prove that the evidence is incorrect or provide an explanation for the same...so in a court proceeding the onus keeps on shifting. The prosecution can never work with the innocent until proven guilty presumption coz it's there work to prove the guilt

Then there's a concept of affirmative defences so let's say some accused says he did something out of self defense sometimes the onus of proving it as self defence lies on the defendant too

Also she did have a checkup done... it's just that the doctor misread...why would anyone assume this nd have another checkup.

Not defending what AbhiM did that day but blame him for what he's guilty... he's very much guilty of divorcing her then nd refusing to let her complete when she called to let him know a child was still alive

He's also not guilty of whatever life she's had in pathankot her struggles before and during abhir birth...it was her decision to leave the city itself nd not return with BP that day...why she did that was between her nd her maika

Abhi as a husband abd doctor, should have gone for a clean-up and check up.., again it’s my opinion..,

agree doctors can make mistakes…. To y claim custody now?? Uss waqt inhumane behavior dikhaya…could have cared for akshus condition.. gone for a docs check up again.. clean up chshiye hota hai…

Y not question ur hospital? Y come after custody?
