There was even " kiss under the rain" one episode was dedicated for it

The " pair" they were super duper " hot" chemistry & biology every thing was there !

ML burned with " pure lust " first then turned to " possessive love "

Bring Turkish Mumma addiction was minimum, there was no baby track like this 😫 finally it is over

keekek... turkish dizi was full on masala from my understanding though I only watched the couple cuts of the episode. ML was a man's man if you get my feel. so the original is inspired by the tale of 1001 nights where the king turns into a cruel monster after his wife cheats on him. so he did not turn into softie mush after he gets over his trauma (which takes him 1001 nights and a lots of deaths). instead, he just turns back into human. that is the original tale which was the inspiration for the dizi and they stuck with it.

the actor who played the ML is also well-known for his role as Sulemain the magnificient, a historical dizi. so he has the kind of gravitas and screen presence to play a well-known powerful sultan.

not to knock on adnan but I think the writing as well as the acting was weird with the characterization of viaan 2.0. like some have mentioned, it feels like we are watching adnan rather than viaan the character. even the body language and way viaan walks has changed to someone softer. weird!

the ML was closer to the original viaan and even though he softened, it was done more through his eyes. however, he could be stern and push back like when he tells his mom off on how her views and attitudes ruined his life. so falling in love did not change his core of who he was, unlike the indian version where viaan embraces teji and gives her a free pass because he has seen the light. 🤦

so the writers killed the original version because they thought they were too good for masala and the over praise got to their heads. 🙄

unfortunately, teh drama has taken a downturn into the absurd and very boring phase. nothing makes sense.

here's the recap:

so basically viaan got baby fever while investigating fatherhood because he decides that the way to katha's heart is to become a father. she does not care for the man you see. he also got miraculously healed from his issues with his father by finding out mistress lady and downloading on to her in five minutes.

however, mistress lady, seema, has dementia and so had no idea what he was referring to. however, viaan is too obsessed with baby fever and his biological clock that he didn't pick up or care. now, that he was miraculously cured, he decided that he needed real life experience.

you remember big hair keith the musician friend. well apparently he was married and his wife is also viaan's friend though viaan had no clue amrita was expecting. as keith is out of town, viaan decides he need to be daddy and rushes into delivery room without caring for the modesty of his friend or care for doctors. 🙄

baby is born and viaan coos and makes nonsensical statements that he was not able to create such magic. apparently, he was feeling bad that no baby came out of the one night stand. then viaan shifts into nanny mode because apparently there are no servants in India and neither does this couple have relatives. so their CEO friend will drop work and run to babysit as his baby fever is raging.

meanwhile katha is impressed at viaan's cooing and her heart is melting that viaan can be a good father even if he came from a messed up family. apparently katha is also looking for a father figure for aarav. but meanwhile she finds time to follow viaan, give lectures on babies and what not.

since baby phase is over, now we are having school problem phase.

aarav decides that robin must be part of parent teacher group and has added viaan. for reasons unknown, apparently this app operates on username only and all the parents have codes -- viaan is parent#10. no one checkes who is who but is happy to download parent lectures from viaan.

that is the stupidity of the show right now. no architecture or anything.

oh, viaan has a half-sister who is a brat and does not believe in team work. she is now working in earthcon but unclear what her final goal is because she is always on phone with dementia mom.

ehsaan is meanwhile having lots of drinks and falling asleep because he can't believe his friend. jeetu bhai is running the office because viaan is too busy in his baby fever. so earthcon will eventually change its name to babycon or include a baby as part of its motto as they diversify from architecture to nanny services.

Cause it's so different now!! I was so shocked to read that Viaan is disappointed that no baby came out of the ONS?! 😭 😭 Hmm, it really does seem to be a different serial from what it used to be in the beginning , isn't it? It used to be so intense before. I wish they chose a plot where Viaan distanced himself from Katha, and then she in turn soon became attracted to him, resulting in her falling for him deeply. I feel that effect could've been more effective, at least for me.

By the way, are you watching any other TV shows at the moment? I have begun watching Descendants of the Sun!

kekeke... no idea if he really was disappointed no baby occured but he did say weird lines like he wasn't able to create such magic --- which led us to assume other things. 😂

am watching sen anlat karadeniz -- have posted about it in the chatting corner in the forum. you can check it out if interested. otherwise, some random serials here and there. am waiting to see if there is another hindi serial that will stir my interest and have a fun forum. fingers crossed.

Now a days,, the moment I see the famous stupid ,back bone missing Mumma boy of ITV some thing happens to me , like there is a storm od irritation and anger posess over me .... Viaan is so different , he is modified version ... I am thankful to Katha's creatives for that ❤️
