It's a part of his educational life that is completed, so why not celebrate it 😊

In Germany, we say "Abitur" (matura in Latin), in USA, it's "high-school-diploma", maybe in India, it's called graduation...

He is 18-years-old and is leagally "mature" now... Fine to celebrate all this 😊

That's great, HS graduation is a big deal in US so there is nothing wrong in celebrating.

No one celebrated my completion of high school or graduation or post grad or my second post grad. It was like, ye toh sab karte hai.
