I think its only Shubh because Payal, split personality of Rahil, might love Shubh. She might have fallen in love with Shubh and excepts him as her husband, hence Shubh goes up there...and she only listens to him. It makes sense. That also explains the wedding dress and Sindoor right?

Well basically the family (Ranawat parivaar) has a secret that is basically between memebers of the family only. None of the three bahus meaning anushka, aditi, or aastha know the secret. And Aastha slowly got involved and suspicious to the point where she reached the very room, the secret was kept. The secret is Swayam who is played by Rahil Azam who is another son of Ranawat family but he has split personality that causes him to turn into a woman named Payal who is a prostitute. Payal, nearly killed Aastha one night that got her scared and all. Then she was eventually told this secret. However, she was onyl told one part of the secret. The second part of it has not been revealed, and only the dadaji, and shubh's mum and dad, know that half of the secret.
