1. You have to vote for 3 banners. Any vote that is incomplete or edited will not be accepted.

2. Graphicers are not allowed to vote for their own banner.

3. Graphicers are not allowed to advertise or share their own banners with others/friends to get votes.

4. Newbie and Groupbie ladder votes will not be counted.

5. If any kind of breach or foul play is found, the voting round will be cancelled from public voting and shifted to DT only voting.
