Im pretty bored so i made this topic 😆

What words do u know from another lang, Korean, Japanese or even Chinese/mandarin

I know one:

Korean - Adushi = Mister 😆 (hey its a handy one!)

I know nearly 200 words of Korean but I can't sit here and type them all so I'll just write a few

these aren't proper spellings.. just wrote the words as they sound to me

kap-chaki = suddenly
sarang = love
yagsuk = promise
obsawyo = nothing / none
khoba = look
othea = how is it
saram = person
ee-bayo = look here
pheag-unea = tired
namja = man
yawja = woman
bheemie = secret
chogyo = excuse me/ listen
dhal = daughter

kronie-ka = because
chuka-munyoo = wait a minuite
kaumoyo = thanks
dhoon = money
appho = hurts / sick
pyong-won = hospital
hwanja = patient
sunsin-neem = teacher
chincha = seriously
orie = we

khaja = lets go

yorobun = everyone

olma-seayo = how much is it?

I know a lot when I hear them, but I cannot remember it. 😳 😆

hehehehe! i know them words too, i cant say em aloud tho, i can understand it if i hear it a few times only one word, not the whole sentence 😆

It's great how you can just pick words up without even trying.. I was bored the other day and wrote a list of all the korean words I knew and reached 192 words.. I was shocked I even knew that many words by heart 😆

Same here...I'll remember the words for a few days but then I'll end up forgetting them. But when it comes down to storing asian words in my brain I'm more proficient in storing nihonggo words than hangul *yay just mentioned a korean word😆* words.

Same here! 😆 And then, watching TW/JP with Kdramas.. I get confused! 😳😆 I somehow adapt to TW words better though. 😆
