-_- i'm too scared to tell them. they're very.. brown.. XD i even have a separate dvr to record azn shows, so they honestly have no idea. i mean they see some things.. i have random big bang stuff in drawers, and most of my friends are azn. i cook azn food sometimes and have my own set of chopsticks.
but i dont think they realize just how obsessed i am. i told them almost a year ago that i wanted to study abroad in korea. my mom was like: ABSOLUTELY NOT.
my dad said he'd think about it. they were very surprised.
i really want to learn korean.. i'm even seriously considering changing my major to something related to that in addition to pre-pharm.
*sigh* i'm just too scared to broach the subject again. -_-

^oh man... so.. tonight i told my parents that i wanted to change my career path. they took it SO WELL. international business law. and i'll be majoring in azn studies!!! which means i'll have to take korean and study abroad there (*crosses fingers*). i told them about wanting to learn korean, and my dad was all for it. i was extremely surprised. of course, they dont know about my obsession with kdramas and kpop, but at least they didnt tell me that i should do south azn studies and not east azn studies.
oh man. tonight was like.. my life just totally changed. i just felt like sharing that with you guys. =D

multani: i do the SAME THING with my friends and cousins and brother! i make them listen to my music, watch dramas, and stuff. they scoff and laugh.. but then i notice how eager they are to get the next episode of some drama and i laugh at them in turn. i make my brother listen to my music while i drive him to school in the morning. ^^v

woahh! im somewhat similar.. i told my mum i want to go abroad and live there (mainly korea again lol) and 1st she said get a life.. then when i bugged her about it (im quite persistant) she said i can go after my degree.. and me bein me.. i have it in writing with signitures the wrks! 😃 now my cousin has agreed to take me with himself.. so thats also in writing 😆

Haha, my parents have no clue! Well, acutally to be more specific they do know I am very keen about Asian stuff. Like, my Dad and I have discussions about different Asian cultures all the time. And my mom watches me watch korean show on tv (after like 10 mins, she askes me why I am watching it). The only person in my house, that knows whats actually is going on is my brother. Well, siblings in any case know most things. Plus, I am quite lucky that my 12 year old brother is open to things, and has good music taste. And these days, more than half the time, I am talking to him, I am talking in Korean. 😃 Also, every single friend and close age relative of mine knows how much I love dbsk and other korean stuff. When people come over to my house, I make hear, and watch what I love. And most of the time, their reactions are very good.😃

Haha, but one time I was told by this guy, that I was a disgrace to my culture. I wanted to slap him so bad, but I ended up laughing at his ignorance.😃

My cousin watched Gom se mariga clip of Full House and he couldnt stop laughing..he is amazed by it but he doesnt approve of me liking all the guys and actually thinkin they are wayyyy better then indians - well thats the impression i get lol

But everyone else? i tried and failed so now i keep all the songs to myself and dnt share.. best investment of a lifetime.. my Ipod! oo talking of investment.. if i end up movin house any time soon then i hope to have a room to represent oriental culture, mum is okay with it as long as i get my degree i dnt think she cares much about my Kstuff lol) no one else knws but if i take the attic no one will be visiting so i can put whatever i like up there 😃

So tip: If you ever move take the room thats the furthest or theres no hope that someone will go there 😃

If we put even 10% of effort from converting ppl to like Korean stuff into something like educational... we'd be soo successful 😆

i say Ppali/bali loads of times.. but i say it to myself then say the english to it.. i say dey and aniyo ive noticed.. Kaja is another fav of myn hehehe...

omg yehh.. im actally counting the minutes till i can go home cuz i want to re-watch all these DBSK clips 😆 i have to get 2 assignments in this week and one has to be dne by today.. its no where near finished 😳

henna: YESSS!!! i feel so light.. and so so so excited. i have butterflies in my stomach still. XD and yess hahahaha... it's gotten to the point where i translate random hindi in indian movies into korean in my head. even stuff in gujurati (which is what we speak at home), i translate into korean in my head. i say random stuff under my breath haha XD

all my korean stuff is spread around my room. nothing on the walls, but right now, the big bang book is by my bed.. the tablo book is on my bed.. my TOP/kanye west glasses are right next to me, my azn stuffed animals are on my desk, my big bang planner is hidden in a drawer somewhere... same goes with cds and any other random thing i have..
the biggest giveaway i would think.. is my ipod... if anyone picked it up and randomly pressed play... -_- hahahaah XD
a couple years ago epik high's "fan" was my ringtone... every time it rang i'd run to go pick it up. (what if my parents heard?! aaah!) haha. XD
