They can show something like nav changed entire conversation he had with abhi as he become greedy after seeing he will have a family.
They can show he manipulated akshu in thinking abhi never wanted her but in actual abhi called him or dropped a message that he is coming to pathan kot to pick her up on that day he shifted to kasauli all of sudden 😆
They can show abhinav made akshu believe that abhir needs a father by making nurse question her and her anger on abhi made her to take such decision.
