However, major drama will unfold in between all the celebrations. Sai's mother in law will be seen instructing everyone to make proper arrangements for Vinayak's birthday celebrations. Her tone will not go down well with Kaaku, who will then ask her to keep her instructions to herself.

Later, she will make a derogatory remark on Satya's mother and will call her a 'naachnewali.' Upon listening to this, Sai will start fuming and will ask Kaaku to mind her words. She will tell Kaaku that Satya's mother is her sister and that she should respect that. However, kaaku will deny calling Satya's mother her sister, post which, Sai will ask Kaaku to respect her as a human and moreover as a woman. While Virat will be seen taking a stand for Kaaku, Vinayak will arrive amidst all this chaos and will ask everyone to cut his birthday cake. Upon listening to this, Virat and Kaaku will rejoice because Vinayak who did not want to celebrate his birthday has finally give his birthday celebrations a thumbs up.
