People harping on about anger issues and throwing domestic violence into the argument like it's some kind of masala, need to understand that it's not so easy to prove all this in court.

Everyone has anger issues including Akshara. Hence, the reason she left everyone to be alone. That is also a form of anger that controlled her decisions because at that time, she honestly did not think about the wellbeing of herself and her child.

Saying Abhi has anger issues is futile because it's not like Akshara has any evidence that he has harmed her in any physical manner. She has not even feared of physical abuse from him. So that dilutes the case of domestic violence. Mental abuse is a possibility but again, chances are very low of Akshara proving this because divorcing someone and telling them to leave, will not be sufficient enough considering the circumstances (which is significant here) and the fact that Abhi had told Manish to take Akshara which implies that he did care for her safety.

He had also tried to contact Akshara but Nav picked up.

Domestic violence cases are not won easily because the court will not simply hold someone liable just because they have anger issues. Thats not how it works.

The point is not about what can be prove or what not in the court. The point is justification for this anger issue. People r claiming that usne gusse main divorce de diya. So every should have some limit. Agar gusse ka sahara le to gusse main isnaan kuch bhi kar sakta hai. What nonsense is this everyone justify his every action.

Kis kis baat k liye justify karna hai divorce, being ignorant, egoistic, self-centered, purposing a married woman?

Being a bad person & being a flawed is different thing. But here he clearly claimed that he is flawed but still repeating the same mistakes then it's called ignorance. If he wanted to be a good father for Abhir then he never celebrated his birthday alone. Party main aa jata to height choti nahi ho jati, he would have apologized AK before HAQ, had thanks abhinav rather than giving that look.

Keep justify his every action.
