Nowadays only finances are not only considered if tha dad family is abusive they won't get custody so now ak got to know financial aspect will be questioned so she might prepare to defend herself for that also.

And also I'm a law student i can tell you about this. If the family is abusive automatically unko custody nhi milegi aur ma k pas jata hei

May be they can do differently here abhi will get custody but he will handover abhir to akshu and tell her that his intention was never to take abhir away from her. He only wanted rights to spend some time with his son. Since now he has already got the custody she can not take that right from him.

That way he may get redeemed too and abhi will oppose manjari too.
