My view on this whole redemption thing is that makers always protect Abhimanyu but fans blame him for everything 😆

The day he got to know about Abhir, everyone said that he'll file custody case in haste as he is impulsive and doesn't care about anyone but they didn't make him do it

They didn't even make him the one who initiated it, they threw Kairav under the bus so Abhimanyu has a reason to go for custody case, a restraining order against him and at the same time, Akshara is not responsible for it as it was done by Kairav

In court room, they excluded him from the whole ordeal, he is not there when lawyer is speaking against Akshara but Akshara will misunderstand him

This time, Manjari will be thrown under the bus to protect both Akshara and Abhimanyu

Abhimanyu acknowledging Abhinav and Akshara's rights on Abhir, Abhimanyu not promising Abhir anything because he breaks them, yesterday he told Manjari that everyone was wrong (This is what I have seen fans say on the forum), today he told Akshara that he is wrong and that's why he never countered her phone call allegations

I remember there was this question raised that he shuts up whenever Akshara mentions phone call and fans reply saying she could have messaged or mailed

They literally picked up the discussion between fans and put it in the episode to explain both sides 🤣

Why isn't he saying sorry? Because that'll be the end of it, he says sorry then what? Abhimanyu apologizing is the last track of this leap

Tbh, the past few episodes have made little to no sense to me. Ak talking about her marriage with Nav, and all of them just arguing while Abhir is still in the house. Abhir going on incredibly long bathroom breaks. It feels like everything is just stuck since Abhi got to know about Abhir, and tension just keeps building. No one has moved forward an inch.

I am glad we got Abhi's POV today cause it was getting really hard to connect the dots with him. He feels guilty about not picking up calls/ not listening but still blames Ak cause she could have told him through any other means. Ak also revealed her worries when Manjari said if she had known, Ak asked would you have taken my son then?

I think Ak really believed that Abhi would forgive her/ realize she wasn't wrong and come get her during those seven months. I think she expected him to be angry about Neil's death and everything but not to completely shun her out of his life. She called him because she wanted to share the happy news but also because she wanted him to accept her back. When he refused to listen to her, she realized that even if he accepts her child, he will not accept her back. So that led to her hiding things and never telling them cause she was worried about going back and being forced to either give up her kid or forced to co-parent with Abhi, who she still very much loved and who would still have the final say in everything.

Abhi is not wrong that she could have contacted some other way, but what would that have gotten her except more judgment and pain? But yes, if she were thinking about what's right for the child, she would have informed at least BP or someone to convey the info, which she didn't.

From Abhi's end, he was going through hell too, and he does regret not being a good husband but also feels like he had no other options then. Ak has always been blind to Abhi's pain or his mental issues, and this is an extension of that.

The custody battle really seems to have come out of nowhere. Both Abhira were maintaining no need for a custody battle, and today suddenly, both are on board. Abhi should have listened today, I have no idea why he kept interrupting her. Also, Ak could have just told him to shut up and said that it was Kairav, not her, who gave the restraining order. I don't understand how Ak can talk about the past, and everything else but not convey the actual information. Btw Abhi saying, "You can't use Goenka's power and money," sounds so funny when he is trying to prove in a custody battle that Ak is poor.

Finally, I completely expected all the dirty tricks in the custody battle, and I am pretty sure the whole reason for showing Sharmas poor is so that Abhi wins custody, but then he gives it up because Junior misses his family.

Custody Points :

In favor of Abhi :

1. Navshu are poor

2. Abhir is ill and needs doctor family to provide proper care

3. Abhi wasn't informed

4. Navshu don't have a real marriage ( whatever that means )

5. Ak is a bad mother cause she was fighting goons during a complicated pregnancy and trusted a stranger instead of her very supportive family

6. Abhi is a good father to Ruhi

In favor of Ak :

1. Abhi is mentally unstable/violent

2. Abhi wanted the pregnancy to be aborted

3. Abhi divorced Ak when she miscarried

4. Abhi is set to marry Arohi and is already a father to Ruhi

5. Abhir loves his current family, and such a big change would be harmful

6. Sharma family may be poor but they did everything to provide and care for Abhir

7. Abhir is raised well and has no mental health issues thanks to Navshu parvarish

8. Mother's rights trump father's rights

9. Nav is best father/human

Logically Ak would win, without any doubt. But in the ITV universe, I think Abhi may actually win cause he will play dirty while Ak won't.

Abhi will not playdirty....he will handover rights to a mother...because he respects his mother

Akshara should not act smart after that.....which she is not

exactly why would ak go back to abhimanyu . if at all she goes we would stop caring for her and leave it to her fate that she deserves this , isnt that what many think .

the same was case that happened despite of caring so much if she risked her lives multiple times , it simply means she doesnt value his love and care and expected him to accept the outcome of her decisions whether its her death, neils death , or childrens death , now what what will anyone do if you dont value their love or care, you simply withdraw it , not because of ego or lack of empathy ,because you simply dont want to hurt yourself seing them hurt who never valued your concern, so you distance yourself from them , thats what abhi did that time.

I disagree. I think the makers just throw both Abhira under the bus and never give POV so its hard to understand either of them. Abhi's actions and acknowledgments so far have been too little, he is more focused on what Ak has done wrong than what he has done wrong. After Mandir confrontation, he realized his mistake, but he never said sorry about it to Ak. I mean, this whole drama would have still happened but Ak would have at least known that he understood that part. He keeps saying it was his mistake, and he accepts it, but he does not apologize for it.

Abhi apologizing is not the last track, it's the beginning of the end. Will Ak just forgive with an apology? No, he needs to be better, show that he is better than before, which, so far, he hasn't done. Besides, they can do countless tracks or Abhir adjusting with Abhira, Nav death/exit, Arohi/Ruhi reaction, Manjari issues, and everything else Abhira can deal with together. Instead, all we get is them fighting.

abhira talk, finally we got it, but opened a whole new can of worms. Still on the why you didn’t do this and that…. you know often times us humans act rationally and we only focus on the stuff people didn’t do then the ones they do.. We always look at oh this person didn’t wish me birthday but we forget the ones that did. court drama is starting but things are going to get much messier, having a middle class income makes you automatically unfit to be a parent? And why is ak not fighting her own case? Is she going to see that this dumb lawyer is useless and then take up the case?

and Akshu’s dialogue to meet him once a month was an extremely foolish dialogue for the creatives, please it didn’t even make sense.

Did not like Abhir going to say sorry to Ruhi and Creatives Ruhi is a 5 year old not a 25 year old that she’s going to hold a grudge for so long and get flashbacks of the camp and her dialogue was so adult like.
One thing which affected me today was the sound of the growl again. The Abhimanyu’ I know will never growl at Akshara.

Please don’t use the Growl against Akshu this is the second time they used it against Ak once before just after Neil died when his mom and Ar accused her of being a killer,

This is my personal opinion I know I am in the minority and people enjoy his growling and think it’s macho or him being a man or brave or showing Ak her place or whatever but I don’t find it exciting that the ML of my show is growling at the FL use it against Kairav Parth HB AB strangers etc I really don’t care

Abhimanyu has never used the growl against Neil even when Neil was angry with him becoz of Ar’s manipulation, and against his mom, or against Arohi or Mahima even once then why always Akshu, my opinion by adding that sound it lowers his character in my eyes.

They need more episodes, I understand fans want things to come to an end but it is a story for us and livelihood for makers, they'll prolong is as much as they can
