Katha is a two-faced liar and hypocrite

Lol, when Katha was talking about parenting and monitoring kids in the west side, I was just laughing her hypocrisy so hard.🤣 Says the one who talks about "monitoring kids"? 😲😆 In the initial days of the episode & during the time when Aarav felt forlorn over the Adits absence is probably when I observed her look after Aarav physically and emotionally like a good mother-son bonding, otherwise I've just seen her gloss over Batman-Robin until it was Aarav who insisted her to meet up with Batman at that time or like zilch interaction between her and Aarav lol. 😂 🤣 Plus, she continues to gatecrash into Viaan's space and cabin & it was nice that Viaan told her in a dignified way that he doesn't want intrusion or complications with Robin.

Also, sometimes I feel like she was imposing her own ideas a lot rather than providing it in the form of professional suggestion, like is she the one who has the ultimate upper hand in Earthcon decision making? Is she the only working mother in the office?

I guess, wrt the fatherhood aspect, it's comprehensible as to why he was acting the way it was because he himself was deprived of fatherly love and taking responsibility and bonding with the kid isn't easy and requires time and dedication.

Katha is entitled to tell her opinion, it is very important parents should have close observation , when children are at play ground or park since they are probe to injuries .

Well most of the humans are double faced because of survival .... if people be very sweet to others they will get manipulated nothing g else !

Yeah, I totally agree. Katha can be so hypocritical at times. It's like she's trying to impose her own parenting ideas on everyone else, without even being a great parent herself. And the way she ignores Teji and Viaan is just rude and insensitive. It's good that Viaan stood up for himself and asked for his own space. As for the Earthcon decision-making, it's hard to say who has the ultimate say, but it does seem like Katha has a lot of influence. And I also understand why Teji was struggling with fatherhood, considering his own upbringing. Overall, there's a lot of complex dynamics going on in this show.

I dont think she is a liar , she is a normal flawed person who is getting portrayed as a perfect righteous person

Her opinion also matters hence i dont think she did wrong in raising the concerns ,its the way after wards she was shouting at her boss.

I feel she cant give space to anyone

Yesterday she just went to Ehsan's cabin without knock and was not suggesting but commanding to take help in the love letter ,the same guy who was reprimanded multiple times for entering personal space

Viaan ko i dont even count he actually deserves katha intrudes his space and intrude kya kuchal de poora space

Again Meera,Reet,Neerja too were her victims

The only person she gives a lot of space to is Aarav and rightly so he is 8 years old mature guy ,why to bother him by checking phones and whereabouts

Hey Chem thank you for the topic I totally agree with you..not only is she always acting like she is the boss she is becoming rude in putting her pOV and is just always insulting viaan.madam bhiol jaati hain ke she is at work and I just constantly am pakaooed by her rudeness and badtameezi..point rakhne ka bhi tareeka hita hai..vanya in the same meeting also kept a point but it didn't sounded disrespectful. Katha feels she owns viaan and earth con and unsecured better koi ho hi nahi sakta wohi bhagwan hai..theek hai ke they give importance to her opinion at earthcon but that doesn't mean she starts acting like viaan is her slave and not her boss.

And yes totally agree on her lame parenting pe lectures too as if we haven't seen her Daan karo her son to free ki dodo and constantly ghusooing in other people's business. She is a big hypocrite double standards ki dukaan hain miss Katha..

I was also laughing at the lack of logic in this so called safety discussion Caz urhmm how does it matter if it is west or east I'd there is no companion anyway to take the kids to park ? As was said ke jo nannies bhi nahi afford kar sakte..lol same thing park jahan bhi ho..also was funny Katha objecting to cctv monitoring when madam ko khid toh itna bhi monitor karna mahi aata apne bete ko forget doing that in person..beta kisi se constantly baat karta rehta hai and in touch raha for so many months and she was totally acting as if nothing wrong with it and ab jab pata chal gaya viaan hai toh itna over possessive and protective patent Hine ka doing as if humne nahi dekha kitni protective hain .jab mother India bananae ke chakkar main beta exists bhi bjool gayi thi woh yaad nahi..

Honestly am just done with Katha and her downright insulting and entitled behavior

For a change, Ehsan did ask her on the face as to why Viaan matters to her so much tbh (but I'm still mixed over his character).

Katha is not hypocrite. She is experienced parent and she gives her opinions. That's it.

Remember Katha is not abusive parent. Until and unless she is not abusive to her kid, she can't be considered as bad parent. Every parents have their own flaw. Some are very strict and some are very lenient. Some are very religious and some are very modern. There is no hard and fast rule for parenting. Every kid is different and need to handle in different way. Parents also have their own learning in this process.

And Katha is not just mother, she is father too. She has doubled job. Some of her things can be criticized but labelling as hypocrite is wrong. There are lot of teacher who couldn't get another job and become teacher, still they teaches with their own experience of failure. That will not be considered as hypocrite.

I don't fully agree with Katha's statement but in park too, younger kids are watched by their older siblings. Teenager usually come in group in park so they can support each other if some accident happen. But if you are going to Resort with family, and all your kids are under 12, then it become problem if they go alone in Play area like Essel world.

Katha's point is right. Viaan's point is also right. Kids will make noise and it should be far away from guest house or dinning area otherwise will be problem for other guest. It is just that Viaan is not able to explain his point in the meeting.

Viaan seeing things with business perspective while Katha seeing things with technical perspective. Viaan only considered logical point while Katha is considering emotional point. Architecture is a mixture of both Science and Art. Viaan considered scientific point while Katha considered artistic point where perception of viewer or guest also matter.

Well I think it is more managerial problem rather than Architecture problem. They should involve client on what they want and how they are going to manage. If they can restrict kids to go play area only when some adult accompany them, then it is good to go with Viaan's point.
