actually in real life, no one behaves like nehmat coz its illogical n unrealistic but in the show, writers wants to portray that nehmat truly loves ekam that's why she sacrificed her happiness but actually she sacrificed ekam's happiness too. N by showing ekam sometimes happy with Harleen, writers wants to show that nehmat's thinking is right.

Ekam never /was happy with harleen ..he just pretend to happy with her .. he celebrated her birthday because he was in guilt trip .. he drank alcohol , tries to commit suicide and harleen got hurt due to ekam (he thinks ) .. to all this he arranged a birthday party..and said 10 sorryis 🤣 and back to nehmat jaap
