I just went through the whole thread of you guys being super pissed and Arnav and I am terrified for him 😊🥱Also, props for correctly dissecting the smallest of hints sprinkled throughout the chapters about him going to NZ or Khushi retiring to 'her' room!

PS: I actually laughed out loud at comments about Shyam. That character was so despicable that still the smallest mention of him creates ruckus. :)

I was just so sad to see Arnav not making effort in the marriage and already cheated on Khushi! It sounds like he is having full fledged affair with La... Khushi is always taken for granted and if she has to take him back, make sure he accepts her after she makes some grave mistake like his... I want to see Arnav also going extra mile for Khushi and realizing her worth else different end is also ok... Make it fair for Khushi too please...

Thank you so much! I understand the ache for Khushi's future. Once we arrive at the present point in the story, the tale will move forward about how both Arnav and Khushi will deal with life without each other by their sides.

Beautiful chapter and thank you for such a long chapter.

Life is not a bed of roses and life can not survive on just attractions and romance alone. It needs maintenance. No one should take it for granted nor just one person put too much into the relationship. We need to balance between selflessness and selfishness.

Arnav and his family suffered because of lack of funds. His first girl friend after making him open his heart to her, mocked him for the same reason. Not only that, she even cursed him that Khushi will leave him one day because of lack of money.

Now he is hell bent on earning so much money so that no one in his family ever have to suffer because there is not enough money to spend. That could be the reason why he is fretting, when Khushi refused to take alimony from him.

Once he started earning, it became an addiction. We all know what addiction can do to oneself.

Arnav forgot that though money is important, it is not everything. In pursuit of money he lost many important things in life. Is it too late? time will tell.

When Arnav returned home after encountering Anamika, Khushi figured that something has happened when he was out. After their little kissing session, when she asked him to tell her what happened, I just thought Arnav might snap at her and accuse her for luring him into a kiss only to get the reason out of him. If we analyse those few minutes in their life, many things could have gone wrong.

Education is important and financial independence is important.

All I wish for Khushi is to be financially independent and be in a position to help others and get what she wants.

By the way Akash and Payal named their daughter Leher from Akash's childhood or was she really a figment of his imagination?

Prakash brothers made an entry into the story..

Khushi already told Arnav about Shyam. Is Shyam going to reappear or gone for good?

Where is Anjali? Is she happy?

So many questions yet again. But, will wait for the answers.

PS: I posted the top two line by mistake while dealing with a different post.😊

Cheers..

Thanks again. I have highlighted a few points from your lovely review.

Yes, Arnav mentioning that he won't apologize for the life he has created has a lot to do with the first point. The simple NEED to earn money. He has faced a lot of problems due to it and he correctly called out Payal when she mentioned she wished she was back in time. people do tend to underplay the hardships once comfortable times arrive. He isn't entirely wrong there. There's more to Arnav's story and motivation. In the past, he is still trying to earn decent money, but he hasn't been addicted to it yet, as you correctly pointed out.

Arnav treats this marriage as a real marriage. He knew before he even got married that this will be a true marriage in its essence, including physical intimacy. He is just bold and aware enough that he had to take the first step in building this comfort. I like to think he was relieved when Khushi finally returned the gesture on her own.

Akash's book and his past story will have their own time and chapters here in the story. As will Payal. All in their due time. Whether Leher was a figment of his imagination or not, is a conspiracy theory by the fans of the book. Once Akash's full story is out, I will leave it to you guys to decide whether Akash really had met some interesting people back then or was it all in his head :)

It was heartwarming to read about their initial married life.Khushi's bare minimum expectation from her husband point towards the simple life and thought process of a village girl. But here at the later stage of marriage arnav acted himself as the judge, jury & executioner.I had very little sympathy to arnav when he felt homeless because isn't he the one who was fed up off the stiffling domesticity??Did he ever understood the amount of effort khushi gave to their life to maintain stability in his life and towards his successful career??As some one pointed :did he ever realised and knew her the way she had understood him??

Anyways looking forward to payal and akash story & at the same time will there be a leap in the present to get glimpse of khushi moving forward??

As usual u penned down the story beautifully be it arnav's agony coming back to his house....

Thanks a lot!

Yeah, Arnav is definitely not as prepared as he thought, partially the reason Akash has chosen to be by his side despite not liking his actions. We can be idealistic and berate Akash, but the truth is people don't just get up and end decade long friendships, especially considering all that Arnav had done for Akash's first break through in the industry.

He fell out of love with Khushi. Fine. But he still owed it to her to tell her what he wanted to do before he put the wheels in motion. The person who stood by him all these years, he treated her so callously. His gripe with "she found out" is hard to understand. He had plenty of time to tell her but didn't.

At this point its hard to sympathize with Arnav. How and when did he try to work on the relationship? So far we saw only Khushi making the effort to be there for him. We have not seen him do any of that. Deep down he is feeling guilty and its killing him. He knows he has wronged her by his cheating, even if she doesn't know it.
