Maryam has to tell the truth, the whole truth. Haya is a devil, she mixes truth with lies, always has, which is why the family is easily manipulated.

Right now, the family believes Meerab was the one who planned and executed the whole elopement thing. She is being accused for something much greater than what she actually did.

And no, it wasn't Meerab's ego, especially not after MK's confession. It was her helplessness and confusion.

Maryam has to tell the whole story, from the beginning-how Meerab stopped her many times, how Meerab taught Maryam about khandan;s izzat, never intended to send help her in elopement, about it being MEERAB's idea to inform the family and do this the right way, her defending Murtasim from the beginning, and lastly her own suicide threat, and how she practically forced Meerab to be a part of this.

Maryam's wedding is happening the same day. Meerab is going to have to act normal at the wedding. Maryam also will be in her own trauma and won't realise that Meerab is in the fam's bad books.

It is after her wedding that Waqas would come to take Meerab (and M would be willing to leave out of guilt), no one's throwing her out and Maryam is going to realise that she had put Meerab in trouble all this while. I appreciate your thoughts and agree with certain points in bold but I very strongly disagree with couple things. I'm done with people defending meerab. It's sick.

Yes, haya and MZ are the evilest culprit but this is a different issue.

Meerab did intend to help her no matter the cost. She tells murtasim this several times. And absolutely it's her ego.

She did pimp out the sister of the man who always puts her before anyone else. Just because she didn't do it by purpose doesn't mean she had no involvement. She literally had chances to tell everyone she's trying to elope. She should have told her brother the moment she saw mk in Maryam's room but instead she chose to fake flirt and make coffee.

The only people who want meerasim together are shippers and couple lovers. I completely get it . We signed up for that. But thank the skies I'd never put couple love/shipping before principals.

How can you be with someone whose ego and foolishness to prove others wrong cost your baby sisters sanity?

After watching the scary promo I feel like murtasim should not throw something at meerub regardless what she has done ( i am personally only in support throwing breaking things) but now murtasim will distance himself from meerub....meerub will miss what she had all these time...she will go into the guilt trip. She will understand his worth only now.

This is the only way meerub could redeem forget every her ego zid attitude. Only mend her relationship with her husband. But I would like to see murtasim distance himself.
