I feel that nothing serious might happen. I feel that Murtasim may still stand by Meerab and this might make her realize how much Murtasim loves her. And then contract breach may happen.

She cried yesterday in the chahat scene, I donāt understand why, but if she sees Murtasim breaking down this time, when she knows she is somewhere responsible for his misery, she will give in.
Itās difficult to see a man like Murtasim cry, broke and if Meerab loves him (even a bit) , she wonāt be able to take it well.

I m in minority but I feel that murtasim needs to stay angry from meerab for a while or else she won't learn the lesson and keep on hurting herself and her loved ones due to her ego and naivety related to reality.
