She was definitely gorgeous. Always wondered why she didn't get popular. However post her cancer phase, she has been annoying. I can't really put my finger on it but the way she talks is not the way she was before - sweet, humble.

Sonali is an average face. Never ever as famous in 90s as she is overhyped on this forum.

LMAO! No way was Urmila fading out in early 90s. She only got better with Rangeela, Satya, Kaun, Mast, Pinjar, Bhoot, Ek Hasina Thi, Bas Ek Pal etc.

Even her Judaai, Hum tumpe marte hain, Kunwara are famous. Her songs were big hits.

Her fashion sense was talk of the town.

She topped all sexiest and hottest lists.

She proved her acting mettle with Pinjar, Bhoot and won awards for both.

Urmila was ANYDAY more popular than Sonali and a better actor and did more author backed films and roles.

Her posters, fashion sense were a rage. Posters were everywhere. And I bet many boys attained puberty seeing her in Haaye rama in Rangeela.

Her old songs get better and more views on YouTube too. No comparison to this overrated Sonali who has gained following only now probably due to sympathy for cancer or reality shows she did like Kya Masti kya dhoom, India's Got talent etc.
