As much as anyone wants to believe Aishwarya quitting is not sudden. It was well planned. Notice period naam ki cheez hoti hai. So they announced the decision only after her notice period ended.

I believe she put her papers at the end of January. Which also makes a lot of sense. A lot happened in that month.

Why did she quit? Will Neil follow & quit too?

It must be planned if she quit if she was let go then it would be sudden....but for something they were well aware of they did a horrible job of executing this leave even if they wanted to leave it open ended there were better other ways than her just sneaking out like that 🙄

If any employee voluntarily quits, they have to serve notice period. Inka pata nahi kitna hai. 3 months hoga for a main character. So the exit was not sudden. They just announced it post her last day. Which is again a normal thing to happen

Waise bhi patralekha's role was irrelevant in the story, when Virat confessed he will love Sai always, nd can't love her ever...so Dr.Satya will be new patralekha,nd he has no voice infront of his aai, bcz when his said 'if her past will come in ur present, nd if I take any step regarding that, u won't interfere by saying 'ye kya kar rahi hai aai '
