Agree that they both need to take actions for the greater good even if they keep bickering in private of by the side .. hopefully someone will open their eyes to what they are doing or May be the poor kid will also overhear and then all hell will break loose .. I hope they don’t choose that option .. to be honest I feel audience loves the characters more than makers .. and yes we both perceive the scene and the if scenarios slightly differently , but what is happening now is definitely not good ..

And while she has allowed the time grudgingly I guess I consider it good on her part considering how much of a grievance she has against him and how not one person on her life stands up for her .. I wish we could send Suvika story to them for inspiration. .. at least how sensibly this track could be handled ..

Yeah I think so, Ak has been very clear about Abhi since the leap. His love is possessive and controlling, but I think she is also trying to hurt him cause she was hurt and still holding onto that.

The reason why I am saying this is because a lot of people still believe Abhira are going to be back together. When that happens how are they going to explain it ? Will Abhi have changed by then ? Or will Ak be ready to go back to umar qaid ?

Also, I think more than umar qaid his love is like a golden prison for the singing bird. He tried to give her everything to make her happy, but he still didn't allow her to be free. He wanted her to follow him in everything and love him just like he loved her.

Honestly, I think Abhi is a great grey character and would have loved to see a shoe with him and an equally grey FL. I wish they brought a new actress for Abhi who would be just as possessive and toxic towards him. I think Arohi could have filled that space if they had a better actress and they didn't try to whitewash her so much.

I thought it would start a fight as many people did not believe Ak genuinely felt that.. Many did not agree to that statement. I did not comment that time as I only saw bad parts of their relationships.. So I did not really know about their love and their good moments much.. (I only saw cringe parts as good times).. and I don't know how it was executed..

So I just wanted to understand whether Ak was genuine or just bluffing.. that's it

Oh! As I said, it's not like umar qaid, but it is like a golden cage. They have different connotations. Umar qaid means lifelong prison in which the person is trapped and unhappy. Ak didn't appear trapped or unhappy. I mean, she did go against her whole family to be with Abhi. They fought for this love and this relationship. It did feel like a golden cage cause Abhi really just wanted to keep Ak happy, but to do this, he set up rules for her to follow, and when she didn't got angry. He isn't good at relationships, and he has no idea how to manage his love and relationship with Ak, with the rest of this family, and his obligations. He also has a one-track mind, where he can only focus on one thing/person at a time.

Ak was angry and hurt, and she wanted to hurt Abhi, so she used words like umar qaid. She herself is stuck on the white day and views her entire relationship with Abhi through those lenses like the rest of us are doing. I don't think their relationship was that bad, and honestly has some of the best romantic moments. You should watch some clips if you can.
