I could tell that was the set of some ekta serial because ekta has used that set so many times. Sure it was Basu house in KZK2 too.

Honestly, I have no idea what's more left for Akshu now.... The character was not built to well and she keeps flipping.. Hence, I feel they just introduce Kaira now, that first daughter Krishna in the show and make her the lead... She would be first born of legacy couple, Kairav ki badi behen and she seemed to have some sanskaar of Kaira too..
