My two cents on the current storyline

The fact that the rivalry between Khan's and Mallik's has been so evident since the beginning of the show, makes me wonder how on earth is it possible for Meerub and especially Mariyam to not know about Zubair/Anas?

Khan's are filthy rich, they have security/guards yet no one saw Anas...only Meerub did. How did Mallik even enter the Haveli without anyone knowing?

Background check is the first thing any family would do, in this case, Murtasim went to meet him but never asked Mariyam for the picture or any details. As per Mariyam, Anas has a good job, but kya job hai, kahan hai...she knows nothing. The mother came but the boy did not, even after MB and Murtasim got ready to meet them? Red flag much? How tf did Mariyam/Meerub not think about it?

Even if Mariyam plans on eloping, does she really think Murtasim won't find her? As per her, Anas is not of the same financial status...won't that make it even better/easier for Khan's to locate them?

Murtasim practically convinced MB to meet Anas and family. He went to meet him but still Meerub will think he is lying. He doesn't have to. The moment he says no, no one will question him but he went ahead to meet the guy.

Post the marriage, Murtasim has been nothing but accommodating and caring. Helping the people of his village, taking a stand for his wife, giving in to her sisters whims of meeting the guy...what more does Meerub want?

No login, no rationale behind anything Meerub is doing. She has made everything about her...it's no more about Mariyam. It looks like all she wants to do is prove herself right and others wrong - have the last say. Mera maqsad, khona, pana, nainsaafi, mere sapne, mein mili hoon Anas se...the only thing consistent is MEIN. Her character started as a strong headed girl who wanted to study and become a lawyer. Someone who has an opinion and mind of her own but now it's about playing the victim card and the want of proving her right.

There's practically no trust in their relationship, not from her side atleast. And now I have a strong feeling they will do something to F* up Murtasim's character as well...

does he have a personal assistant? does he have an office? what kind of a rich person is he? do their income just come from the gao? like rents from real estate and whatever farming is done?

i need answers... 40 episodes in and i still don't understand their income source and just how rich they are.. top 5%? 10%?or just rich in their gao and small town

The fact is ITV mein every show starts with 1 sensible lead and other not so sensible and eventually both of them F* Up. No logic, no story, no character - no one uses their brain.

The thing I am scared about is the title track...the entire theme around Tere bin/Bewafai is scaring the sh*t outta me. Obviously, there is going to be a reason behind separation but certain things are simple a deal breaker in a relationship and meko dar hai woh na ho the way things are going.

Haya ka redemption nahi hona chahiye. She is the only one who knows about MZ being phir bhi she is quite.

She wants Mariyam’s and Khan’s reputation to be spoiled just because she hates Meerab.

She wants bad for the family who raised her, she is as worse as MZ for me.
