That is a harsh thing to say. It maybe partly factual, but I don't think that anybody deserves to be treated the way in which Vivek has been treated for all these years. It was 1 costly mistake, which he has apologized for countless no of times.

He made a bigger fool of himself whilst apologizing infront of a hardened Salman Khan & to everyone he could, than when he actually called for the press conference. I am not saying that the latter can be deemed as a wise approach to handling a bully like Salman; but the guy was young, immature and heavily influenced by Ash.

Irrespective and either way, I hope that perspective of him changes.

No actor or human deserves to be treated that way or be held at the butt end of people's jokes forever.

I liked what you posted, sanity, as I like Vivek and I could comprehend his bitterness and reactions. Getting to know that his idea of a love reciprocated by Aish in the same way wasn't but an illusion is already hard to swallow but being somehow thrown to the wolves through a misplaced chivalry needs a lot of strenghts to overcome.

It was thanks to Priyanka Alba that he regained his dignity.

I don't read Pinkvilla, so thanks for resuming the most important part.

The first time, I watched Vivek in Saathiya, then in RGV's Company and Mani Ratman's Yuva...I found him a promising actor, especially after Omkara.

I guess that without falling in love to Aish, he would be a solid star (A-lister) by now...but then, he wouldn't - most probably - have made the aquaintance of Priyanka...so again, lastly a positive outcome of something initially very negative...

She’s groomed herself extremely well though. She always had basic good looks but after her marriage to Shahid, she took care to groom herself immensely well & it shows. Good for her..? 🤷‍♀️

It's but human to Errr. No matter how big or small, absolutely nobody in life is mistake-proof. Just that the way in which each of us commit mistakes maybe different.

And just like you - I totally get where Vivek came from during that time in his life when his judgement / discernment on how to 'act' with regards to a sticky situation at hand, was heavily skewed.

Love and infactuation gets the best of us. It has its way to positively or negatively influence us, depending on how much we care for an individual or let them influence us. If anything it was Vivek's misguided attempt at chivalry like you rightly stated. Irrespective of how poorly he carried that out at that time, his heart was in the right place for her, just not his head. And boy did he pay a hefty price for that!

I liked his work too and kudos to Priyanka indeed for restoring that trust and love in his life, for treating him with the dignity and respect he deserves. She could've easily been just another person in the crowd to scoff at him, point fingers. But she chose to be different.

Shahid isn't Vivek and the marriage between Shahid and Mira certainly has another history than that of Vivek and Priyanka.

I doubt that Priyanka has any interest to get a place in the superficial glamour world of a filmindustry.

Vivek's Wife is apparently super camera shy & she'd avoid the camera a lot until offlate, where she is okay to be on camera for but a brief while. But in the first video I posted above, where Garima is spending a day with Vivek and Priyanka walks in sheepishly to serve them breakfast, he states how camera shy she is.

I've no idea how Mira got in here😆 but the reason for Mira probably being pulled apart in this thread is cause of her hoity toity demenor which folks are comparing with Priyanka who is relatively unassuming.
