The Lesser known Celebrity Wife: Priyanka Alva Oberoi

Has anyone else wondered about her?

She's so elegant and dignified, a typical girl-next-door. Not discussed about as often as the likes of Mira Rajput are.

She was born in Delhi and is apparently the daughter of Karnataka's ex Chief Minister - Jeevaraj Alva.

Her story of getting together with Vivek Oberoi was pretty interesting to read online. Apparently, after Vivek's fiasco with Ash, he was left bitter and could not trust anyone. He didn't want to get married or date anyone at that point, but just have casual flights that meant nothing. His parents wanted him to move on and settle down, since it wasn't that he had much of a future left in BW either. So Priyanka's parents and his, had set these two up to meet for an arranged marriage set up. Vivek resisted this meeting and reluctantly went to just please his parents. He flew to Venice or something to meet her for a day.

Apparently, on his first meeting with Priyanka, his plan was to meet Priyanka, behave like a jerk with her and essentially cause her to reject him, so he can tell his parents he tried while getting out of this arrangement. But she caught him by a surprise and it seems and he never looked back from there.

"And when I met Priyanka for the first time, I met her as a formality to stop my mom from setting me up. And I went and I met her and for the first time I saw somebody who had no mask, no make up”.

Also, kudos to this girl. She held his hand when he was rejected by the entire BW, became an outcast and was cynical and bitter about love. Being a CM's daughter, she could've gone for any other guy, than to take on the task of transforming the life of a rejected BW actor.

I can tell you right now in all honesty I have never wondered about her. Not a damn day in my life.

It looks like movies type masala has been added in their otherwise normal story. 😆

Hahah nope never wondered about her but she’s quite beautiful. Mira K is spoken about far more is b/c Shahid & she clearly want to be a power couple/ she keeps herself in the media far more. 😆😆 Poor thing doesn’t realise that to be a power couple you’ll have to do something ‘powerful’ first. 😆😆

To be fair, people hardly ever wonder about vivek unless it's to make fun of him.. his wife wouldn't even cross anyone's mind

Ya she’s extremelyyy arrogant. 😆 Truly believe & behaves like SHE is the Star. Like Miss Ma’am, no-one would even look your way if your husband wasn’t an Uber-talented Star. 😆


Pls check out Miss Ma’am’s reaction when she said “oh Shahid is film royalty” on KwK & KJo immediately interjected with, “Oh Shahid isn’t film royalty, he’s a star but no royalty” etc. Mira’s expression is PRICELESS! 🤣
