Virat has also cheated and manipulated Pakhi for the longest time now. It's just easy for people to blame women(wife and other woman both) when the man is such an AH and still have to be shipped with a better man, because that's the only way he remains the hero of the show.
Characters aside, sensitive issues should not be raised when there's no direct mention of it in the screenplay that's why I refrained from terming what was happening with Sai as "Domestic violence" for months, it was a part of screenplay after Samrat told Virat that Sai can get him arrested for it
There was whole discussion on Pakhi sexually harassing Virat but that has never been a part of screenplay
The basic point is that if we connect it to a social issue and they don't address it then we are just trivialising it
