In short, Anupamaa had gotten the opportunity to go to USA (dance related) but Vanar-Jhuli tried everything possible to stop her and finally her pati parmeshwar Mishter Shah faked his love for her (whilst actually being attracted to a former flame Ritika). Eventually, Anupamaa got pregnant with Makkhi and could not go. She had full knowledge of how they deceived her and crushed her dreams; yet over the years she would start off with Acche Pita and Baa Bhagwaan jaap and forget everything 🤣
