Custody case hoga. And i have a strong feeling it will go against akshu as if some one starts blaming akshu she panicks may not be able to continue her arguments after hearing allegations and abhi will take back the case as he can not hear anything against akshu. This is what happend in s2. Where naira was blamed for negligency. But Karthik took back the case.

I feel after listening to the story of ak ab will back out.
