Sometimes emotions can get better of our feelings or words. It can happen. Sometimes we use poor words to describe something but we meant well.

Thats the thing, she says something but means something!!! If she didnt say tum bhi, she is admitting that she believes he loves her.. but sadly she doesnt yet believe it..

I said this an earlier post so repeating now. I feel Murtasim got triggered in his conversation with Merub about mohabbat main jaan dena.

Merub: "Murtasi tum, tum bhi to mujhse mohabbat ka daawa karte ho."

IMO, the tum bhi triggers Murtasim. To him, Merub is implying that like Rohail, you also claim to love me. For Murtasim, to have his love be put at par with Rohail's, or be compared to it, is deeply offensive. If you recall, in E28, he really got violent with Rohail when he said that he loves Merub.

Once the tum bhi line is uttered, Merub's next question mujh se itni mohabbat karte ho keh mere liye apni jaan dedo? is tainted in Murtasim's eyes. He was earlier asking her what prompted you to ask this question. In his mind, the tum bhi associated the jaan lena question to her trying to pitch his love against Rohail's which is unacceptable to him.

But he also puts meerab ziddi pan at par with haya's by saying so that I can handle only one stubborn person.

Even after knowing haya tried to kill meerab, he sees her actions as just stubbornness. And kind of equalises both.

May be not in the love context. I myself couldn't understand it.

This show will work better in Binge Watch, especially when there is so much see saw of emotions. We can't chart a clear trajectory for these characters they seem all over the place. They are confusing us and we are confused for them.

I can't imagine watching gone with the wind as a show, it would never work, they are too volatile, one minute they want to kill each other, the next second she has a baby. WTF just happened.

Exactly, binge watching would make more sense and become less frustrating

I think she says or does opposing things to hide her own feelings. She used Tum bhi just to make it casual like murtasim has no effect on her. To just say only you will break her bharam that she made a promise never to love him or give in. She knows this. She's trying to keep face. Bechai I feel bad 😆
