If u binge watch TB you will maybe enjoy it more.. here since we have been watching over 4 months, its getting too long for the audience..

This show will work better in Binge Watch, especially when there is so much see saw of emotions. We can't chart a clear trajectory for these characters they seem all over the place. They are confusing us and we are confused for them.

I can't imagine watching gone with the wind as a show, it would never work, they are too volatile, one minute they want to kill each other, the next second she has a baby. WTF just happened.

So meerab expected murtasim to say yes.. look at her expression when he says no 😂

She is a duffod

He gave her what she wanted not what she thinks she needs

He answered correctly

I know people have jokingly said that Haya is the main character of the show, Meerab’s character receives subpar treatment etc., but today I realllly felt it. It really hit me.

The scene that made this point visually clear was the one between Ma Begam and Maryam, where Ma Begam says that she’s refused Nourez’s proposal for Maryam. Meerab was in the background in that scene, but I actually felt that Yumna was in the background. Her smile and acting was off and awkward, kind of like I could see Yumna thinking…what should i be doing here…act happy etc. I’m not saying that’s her fault; rather, I think it’s the way they wrote her character in the scene. It was very strange. She is the FL, even in scenes where she is not the main track, she should be given better dialogues and direction there. Wahaj always gets a presence, even when he’s not the main point of the scene.

THIS SCENE WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT if they showed more of Meerab’s reaction. If she was feeling happy, then really focus on her happiness, don’t relegate her to the background; she is the FL. Or, they could have taken this opportunity to make us feel bad for her, showing her missing out on the proper love of a mom etc. Just something, other than relegating her to the back of a scene.

Meanwhile, Haya was evvvvvverywhere and everything. Why are we having to watch Sabeena so much (no offense) ? We did not sign up for this…the OST’s didn’t show her this much…we were not ready for this. What a disappointment, but also what a waste of time. I mean we thought we were rid of her, and she came right back with that horrid laughing IN OUR FACE. It’s as if the show is for Sabeena to give an emerging actress screen space and for her develop her talent, as opposed to us enjoying our leads. Which we wanted in the first place.
