Today when Sai extended an olive branch towards PL, I realised how much she has distanced herself from the Chavan family emotionally, it didn't matter to her that her arch nemesis was standing right in front of her-the woman who had gone all the way out to ruin her happiness, identity and existence-when her son said he wanted them to patch up, she just made the first move because she had no attachment towards PL or the family, but the only person whose feelings and actions mattered to her was her own son. She considered him feeding her and saying she is no gandi jadugarni but a Pari as a greater reward than punishing PL for accusing her of being the other woman in her husband's life. Such clear growth in character and personality, well done Sai. As far as whether Pakhi will once again play her cards and game, it felt like, Sai has already won-not because she made the first move but because she simply couldn't care less about this drama that Pakhi and the family are building in their head. I don't think Sai would even want to stay back at CN anymore-and may even act upon her promise of leaving the day her son changes his mind about her. Ofcourse it is a serial ki kahani and one track ending means a new twist is about to start- I am sure the next track from the looks of it will involve Vinu wanting to unite doctor aunty with Dr.Cool, obviously because the idea has been planted by Mumma dearest, and he lands his dad in a soup of sorts with his unusual request. There was no need to bring Satya Into the conversation today when Vinu explains he was convinced by him that Sai was the angel who saved his mother's life. The makers are indirectly telling us that the track involving Sai and Satya will invariably include Vinu as a central character to their coming together. Sai still has a soft corner for Virat which she can't deny but she has grown strong enough not to let it take over her life anymore. So she may not wanna go down the road of expectations and getting hurt once more. She puts Virat and PL on the same plane as far as character flipping goes and she won't give into his marriage request. What are your thoughts ?
Sai has fully accepted Pakhi as Virat's wife. She doesn't want him anymore in her life. She has also accepted that Pakhi will always be an integral part of Vinu's life so she has realized there's no point having any bad/negative feelings for her hence she agreed to Vinu's request and patched up with Pakhi which was actually very matured move of hers. Another reason could be that if she doesn't become nice to Pakhi she may keep on instigating Vinu against her and create distance between them. Sai's characterization is indeed going perfect.
