Even though she had some feelings for asfar she chooses Salman's character at the end. In this they are already indicating Aaliya has some sort of attraction for salman already and Salman already made his intentions clear to Aaliya.

I have watched that drama as I love watching old pakistani dramas and the best thing about the show was he scenes of Sana(Female lead) and her boss(Taimoor). I was rooting for them so hard and I was sure she will choose taimoor as it was obvious she liked him much more than the other guy but she abruptly chose the other one and I was like what the hell happened!

But Aaliya-Salman relation is very well established as compared to Sana-Faraz so if she chooses salman it'll make sense
