Exactly. Started by congress by introducing Places of Worship Act in 1991 and Waqf act in 1995.

Also allowing separate Marriage laws for different religions.

That is bread and butter of politicians in subcontinent and basis of nation creation, state policy here.

Despite this the main reason why people lost lives here, it continues as it is.

Religion mixed with politics is deadliest combination ever.

They sure do not care about religion if they are misusing it right ? Their religion is power and money..

There may be politicians who think likewise, who enter politics with the wish of change regarding what SRK says...but the leading ones in India use religion, communalism, films and celebrities to distract from their failures to be there FOR THE PEOPLE and not against them.
