Yes she have become numb, but now she's making another person numb slowly by these behaviours ( and thats the only person trying to understand her, giving support to her)

Totally agree ! If there was no love angle to R-M he would have been such amazing character and would have been someone everyone rooted for ! He could have been friend who is fighting for a friend and help her ! Even one side love would have been acceptable, they didn’t have to make him caricature!

R and Murtasim would have been on equal footing, it would have been fun watching whom meerab chooses ?

Why don’t they ask us for ideas. This would be so much better. It would contrast against haya obsession, that not all love is toxic. Meerab would have a genuine choice not that she would ever break her marriage, but even if she didn’t marry Murtasim she would not chose rohail or anyone else. It fits with the theory that even before they were engaged they were meant for each other. Even is she didn’t lose everything somehow somewhere someday they would have found their way back to each other. I don’t like this idea that murtaism only could have a broken down meerab, that he didn’t deserve her when she was whole or worst she could only love him because she has no one else.
