Well I don't blame him what he did now to Anupa. She deserved it. It was his combined frustration on her neglect towards him that came out. But makers suddenly made it Anupama the ultimate bechari and butchered Anuj.

Anupa has constantly neglected Anuj and Choti to be with Shahs. She called him paagal for his depression and barged into his personal space.

People don't understand that Anuj is a human too who needs someone by his side. People want him to do bhakti of Anupama . He is living in a toxic space and he needs to divorce that stupid maid of Shah's.

He is no selfish but actually spineless and stupid.

He trusts his wife too much and is blindly in love .

However it's Anupama who is wrong in this scenario completely.

Mein toh pehle se keh raha tha shaadi anuj or baa ki honi chaiye thi baa ka crush hai anuj and anuj behaviour is same like baa they could make anupama the maid in kapadia mansion too and vanraj and hasmukh the servant, the show would be much more enjoyable!! And baa and anuj jhuling on jula #Banuj.
