It may be shown property dispute, though none have any rights. Pakhi may be shown as someone also wanting the same property.

Vanraj obviously always had an eye on the property as he tried to use Mukku to obtain it. Next will be Anupamaa again.

Not sure why Anupamaa and AB were given the Power of attorney. Can it even be done without a board?

Better to have left the property on choti Anu and CEO as AB to manage.

And Devika' s apne pairon pe khade comment...like seriously...only Samar is working in that house that too in the dance academy funded by Anuj ...kinjal is working in her mother's business,the same mother she insults everytime in front of those useless shahs and all are living in the house which was mortgaged and Anu paid the money to get it back from Rakhi.

Now Anuj's sister should come back....they can replace the actress if Aneri is busy somewhere else...

Though I liked Aneri, it would be nice to see Anuj with some support from someone who is not biased.

I was wondering he could have written off everything in CA’s name but then he has no relation with her and it would have become more of a property related fight, and Maya being CA’s biological mother would become the legal guardian till she turned 18, could have misused the powers

But honestly would’ve been fun to watch how all of the Shahs, and Anupama react had Anuj written everything in CA’s name, sabke asli chehre nikal aate who are calling CA their own
