Jaswir Kaur is a pathetic actress

She is the reason I could never warm up to Devika from day 1. She is a pathetic actress. Today, she damaged 70% of my earbuds. Today, I genuinely wished to punch her in the face when she was giving those rotten potato expressions. She needs to say, Goodbye.

Her loud portrayal in each scene is getting on my nerves. Devika is the perfect wife for Trashraj and perfect bahu for mawaali Jhuli.

Agar isko spicebox ki itni fikar hai toh usko saath raakhein ya le jaaye aur fir jhel ke bataaye before shouting insensitively at someone who literally simped for her 24/7🤣

I feel sorry for Poor Dheeraj 😭 God knows how he’ll handle that loudmouth. He’ll probably end up ripping out his ears 🥱

I havent watched the epi and dont plan to either but I think we are being a bit too harsh…

She does have a shrieky voice I agree and its quite annoying like CA’s yayyy but I guess its how Devika is being currently portrayed is whats making us dislike her…she is the latest addition to the elite list of butchered characters.

I agree. It's mostly because of the character arc. And the way she is relentlessly bashing Anuj while he's not in the state to defend himself is annoying. She's just a plot device to glorify the spicebox but even then to see a previously sensible character (in comparison to others) spout such absurd defences is a bit much. I guess the only sane and sober defender of Anupaama is Dolly's husband Sanjay. Thank god he doesn't even appear now so no question of butchering 🤣

Her crying scene after screaming at Barkha was hilarious today, liked her previously in scenes where she was giving back to Baa prior to Anu’s marriage but off late all her scenes have been overdose of overacting be it New Year scenes with Dheeraj or now, the scenes where she trues to act cute and funny or naughty by giving tips to Anupama on how to woo Anuj, she just fails

I think we need to separate actress and character

Tbh Jaswir did her best with an absolute shit script and dialogue

If you watch it again there are scenes where she clearly looks unhappy/disbelief that she is saying what she is saying

Deeraj actually sounded a bit more reasonable today trying to give the couple space

I still hate Dimpy; both the actress and character are crap
