Well Anuj did ask her if she was willing to let CA go because she did didn't like it when Anuj said he loved CA more than her. He didn't mean it then but I believe it was a Freudian slip.

You know what, if I was Anupamaa (god forbid), I would never let my husband adopt a child at 45. After escaping an abusive husband and THREE toxic kids, anyone would want to be free and just LIVE you know.

But Deviji? Na-ah. She pretends to happily take the child in while continuously running to the said ex in-laws. Then lets that child go as easily so that she can keep fraternising with her original abusers.

No, you are right! She is relieved, very relieved. Burden is gone. Choti Anu was getting in her way for few months now, then came her bio-mom, both of them combined were keeping her from living her life, taking care of family, abuse in-law.
