How’s he popular? I support talent and non nepo kids but sometimes these people are so cringe that  🤡

Why do people say he’s better than Varun or Aditya, no way, despite being nepo kids Varun and Aditya actually can carry a multi genre character without making the audience feel cringe. 

I thought that looked cute 🥰 

His grin is much more bearable than ranbir Kapoor and varun dhawan 😛

I didn't find his smile "cringe"... it reminded me - a bit - his Freddy character...

I didn't find anything cringe...may be your definition of cringe is exceptional. 

I always think about scenes where an actor has to place their hand over another actor's face/mouth/nose. Do they make sure to wash their hands? How do they ensure this? Or do they not care? What if Karthik had some chicken right before this scene? Did Shraddha smell chicken?

He was suppose to be playing a weirdo! If you did cringe. Then it might mean he succeeded in his acting which is rare. IMO!
